For an individual to be verified with the Hybrid identity verification procedure, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- the data collection and validation must be performed in accordance with the e-Document procedure; and
either
- one document to be matched with an electronic government database; or
- the full name, and either the date of birth or the address to be matched with at least one electronic data source (does not need to be a government data source).
