bronID communicates with your internal system via webhooks. The webhooks contain the UserID, the name of the submitted entity, the IDV status, the IDV risk and other relevant information. The webhooks are sent automatically on every IDV status change. By receiving and registering the webhooks, you can update the submission under the corresponding UserID in your internal system in real-time.
In some cases, a webhook might not be sent due to an error, or your system might not have received or registered the webhook. To resend the webhook and with that, automatically update your system:
- Go to KYC > Results and select the Individual tab.
- Click on the KYC submission you want to edit.
- In the right slider, open the Admin tab.
- Click resend to resend the webhook.
The webhook must contain the correct UserID, so your system is updated accordingly.
If the UserID has not been appended to the submission or the appended UserID is incorrect, you can change the UserID by following the steps below:
- Click on the pencil icon.
- Add the corresponding UserID.
- Click Save.
- Click resend to resend the webhook.
