Go to KYC (e-Documents) > Request KYC to generate a KYC form. You can use this form to request customers to verify their identity by providing ID documents and completing a liveness test.
Step 1: Enter the first name and last name of your customer.
Step 2: Click "Generate" to generate a unique KYC form.
Step 3: Copy the link and send it to your customer.
You will receive an email when your customer completes the KYC form. You can find the images of the uploaded ID documents and the images of the customer's face in the Results section.
