If you have forgotten or lost your password, there is no need to panic. To reset the password, just follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to https://portal.bronid.com/signin and click on "Forgot password?".
Step 2: Enter the email address that you have used to create your bronID Portal account.
Step 3: bronID will send an email to this account. The email will contain a link for the password reset. Click on this link and enter a new password.
Step 4: You can now use the new password to access your bronID Portal account.
